1. What this service is
RebateYou returns to you a share of the affiliate commission that a cryptocurrency exchange pays us for trading activity on accounts registered through our referral. We are not an exchange, broker, custodian, or investment adviser. We never hold your funds, place trades, or access withdrawal functions on your exchange account.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted by the exchange to hold and use an account there. The service is not offered where it would be unlawful. You are responsible for complying with your local laws and the exchange's terms.
3. Linking an account
You link an exchange account by providing its user ID (UID). We verify the UID against the exchange's affiliate records. A UID may be linked to one RebateYou account only. If you optionally provide a read-only API key, you confirm it has no trading or withdrawal permission; we store it encrypted and use it only to read trade history. You may revoke it at any time.
4. Rebates
Rebates are calculated from the commission the exchange reports to us for your UID, multiplied by the rebate percentage of your tier at the time of each daily credit. Tiers, percentages, minimum payout and payout timing are shown on the site and may change prospectively; changes never reduce credits already made. We rely on the exchange's figures. If the exchange corrects, withholds or reverses commission (for example for wash trading, abuse, or rule changes), the corresponding rebate may be adjusted or withheld, and we will show the adjustment in your ledger.
5. Payouts
Payouts are made by internal transfer to the linked UID only. You request a payout from your dashboard; we aim to send it within the time shown on the site. Internal transfers require the exchange account to meet the exchange's own requirements (for example identity verification). We are not responsible for delays caused by the exchange.
6. Prohibited use
Linking a UID you do not own, creating multiple accounts to game tiers, self-referral schemes designed to extract commission, or any activity the exchange classifies as abuse will result in suspension and forfeiture of unpaid rebates.
7. No advice, no guarantee
Nothing on this site is financial advice. Trading cryptocurrency derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. Rebate amounts depend entirely on your own trading and on the exchange's commission program, which the exchange may change or end at any time. We may suspend or end the service with notice; credits already in your ledger remain payable.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the unpaid rebate balance shown in your ledger. We are not liable for trading losses, exchange outages, or indirect damages.
Privacy policy
What we collect
Account data you give us: email, password (stored as a salted hash), display name, Telegram handle. Exchange data: your UID and the figures the exchange reports to affiliates for that UID (daily trading volume, commission, deposit totals, KYC flag). Optionally an API key you provide (encrypted at rest). Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs, kept for 30 days.
Why
To verify your account, calculate and pay rebates, notify you about payouts and account issues, prevent fraud, and keep the service running. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Our hosting provider (DigitalOcean, Singapore region), our DNS and security provider (Cloudflare), and, if you enable them, Telegram and our email provider for notifications. The exchange already holds your account data independently of us.
Retention and your rights
We keep ledger records for as long as required for accounting. You can ask us to delete your account; we will remove personal data not needed for completed payouts. You can revoke an API key at any time on the exchange. To access, correct or delete your data, contact [email protected].
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and preference cookies for language and selected exchange. No tracking or advertising cookies.
